For those who want an extra personal attention to training. Personal training is a great option if you want more specific goal-oriented training, if you have specific needs due to injury, you want to progress quickly or simply want to (re)introduce yourself to exercise in a safe, supervised environment.

Exclusive workouts, routines and nutrition plan designed just for you, based on your goals, body type and lifestyle. I can help you to lose body fat, to tone up, to build muscle or even recover from an injury.

The training sessions will be prepared according to your fitness needs and goals, using the most efficient training techniques. And the sessions can be something from 30 min to 1hr according to the results you want to achieve.

The training takes place at Gym plus Rathfarnham or Gym plus Clarendon st. The training is full of energy, motivation and encouragement.

You will get results measurement to evaluate your performance, also monthly check-in reports. And as a bonus, you will receive additional workouts via mobile training app.
