Rodrigo is an excellent Professional in the area. Knows how to deal with any kind of issue, down to lost of weight, or preparing yourself to maternity. Strengthening your muscles and helping your with exercises being home, or in a gym.
He also helps with your diet, considering all your issues and questions.
The application he uses on the phone also helps a lot keeping track of your day to day routine, food and practises.
Overall he is the best professional on the area to go to, whenever you decide to do.
I started training with Rodrigo in September 2019, before then I lacked the motivation and drive to be able to even go to the gym. It has only been 7 months and I am really enjoying every session. I am noticing real improvements on a monthly basis. Rodrigo puts a lot of emphasis into each workout and is constantly changing routines to suit your needs, this also keeps gym exciting yet also difficult as you are constantly being tested in different ways. He has great passion for what he does and it reflects on how good he is as a Trainer. I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking to improve and take there body to the next level.
I’ve been Rodrigo’s client over 6 months and I’m delighted a reference for a great Personal Trainer. I never liked working out, I was always too tired and too lazy by the end of the day to get to the gym let alone actually workout. Rodrigo helped me easy my way in to working out, He is completely in tune with my goals, and pushes me to meet them.
Since starting my Personal training, I am a different person in many ways . My body has changed shape to the better and I have dropped my body fat and gain lean mass. He is very knowledgeable and customizes his workouts to suit our personal goals. He is definitely highly recommended.
After numerous failed attempts at the gym I decided to get a personal trainer to get into shape for my wedding and I have now been training with Rodrigo for the past four years. Before I started training with Rodrigo I found gyms a bit intimidating because I didn't know how to use any of the machines or how to lift weights but he has given me the confidence to do all that and now I really enjoy going. Each month he changes my programme and sets me new goals which keeps me motivated and going to the gym interesting. Seeing the results of my training is so rewarding and drives me to do better. I find training regulary has not only improved my fitness levels but it has also been great for clearing my mind and relieving stress. I continued training with Rodrigo up until my due date in both my pregnancies and it was honestly the best thing I could have ever done. Keeping my body strong really benefited me for both my labours and with the recovery afterwards. Obviously my training had to change to adapt to my growing bump but I knew I was in safe hands with Rodrigo and felt confident to keep going. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. He is so enthusiastic and cleary loves his job.
